Ndemic Infection
AchievementsPlay a multiplayer VS game with someone who already has the Ndemic Infection

Neanderthal Regression
SymptomsDNA recombination destroys logical and emotional brain function, leading to complete regression to Neanderthal state

Necroa Master
AchievementsBeat Necroa Virus disease type on mega-brutal difficulty

Necroa Virus
PathogensUnclassified. Early analysis suggests extreme regenerative abilities.
Necrosis
SymptomsLarge swathes of infected tissue lose blood supply and become fatal sources of gangrene. Decomposed bodies remain a vector of transmission

Neural Atrophy
AbilitiesNeural Atrophy is an exclusive ability of the standard plague, Prion. It causes neural breakdown, making complex tasks harder, which results in decreasing future research speed.

Neural Breach
SymptomsBreach the blood/brain barrier to allow access to the host brain. Causes dystonia - rapid eye blinking

Neurax Master
AchievementsBeat Neurax Worm disease type on mega-brutal difficulty

Neurax Worm
PathogensManipulative organism that burrows into the brain

Neurax Worm Victory
AchievementsWin a game with Neurax Worm on Normal Difficulty or higher

Neuro-enhancement
SymptomsThe last stage of this symptom is distinguished from the rest because the pathogen will begin a process of neuron DNA modification to the point where there is a chance for the immune system to identify this as a threat and respond in an autoimmune fashion which causes the pathogen to be slightly more lethal.

Neuro-enhancement 1
SymptomsVirus able to enter brain cells and modify DNA, improving existing neural pathways. Increases intelligence in humans

Neuro-enhancement 2
SymptomsVirus able to further modify brain cell DNA, triggering development of new neural pathways. Increases human intelligence.

Neuro-enhancement 3
SymptomsVirus aggressively manipulates brain cell DNA, accelerating neural growth. Increases intelligence but with chance of immune response

New Guinea
CountriesA poor country. Typically has a hot, humid climate.

Night Wraith
AbilitiesVampire adapts to the modern world and is able to feed much more stealthily as well as concealing their presence. Makes it harder for humans to detect vampire.

Nipah Virus
AchievementsScore 3 biohazards with Nipah Virus scenario

Nipah Virus
ScenariosRapid urbanisation in India accelerates human encroachment into animal habitats whilst a new strain of the Nipah Virus spreads fast through fruit bat colonies. Genetic crossover with other species of the Henipavirus genus could enable enhanced cross-species transmission - resulting in a Contagion worthy of Hollywood. Could this be the most deadly Nipah outbreak ever?
Nipah Virus (Ability)
MechanicsA new strain of the Nipah Virus that spreads harmlessly through bats, with the potential to spread to humans
