| Description | Mystery Plague is a news event in Plague Inc. After the player's selected country is completely infected, a news popup will appear informing of rumors about an unknown and mysterious illness (the player's plague ) that would be spreading across the country. Doctors, however, do not find any evidence of the plague. |
